Manufacturing
Our manufacturing facility consists of state-of-the art equipment. Our devices include single needle high-speed lockstitch, five-thread high-speed overlock, high-speed twin-needle fixed/split needle bare lockstitch, super high-speed 3 needle interlock, and pico sewing machines that provide us with exceptional quality stitching. Additionally, we have rib cutters and cutting machine series technologies to assist us in meeting the measurement specifications for our clients and in the finishing of our final product.
Given our efficient equipment and skilled masters, tailors and finishers with excellent workmanship, we are able to produce approximately 50,000 pieces per month. Below is a detailed outline of our manufacturing process.
